These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MirusBuy website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by MirusBuy ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
MirusBuy supports three types of accounts: Customers, who browse restaurants and place orders; Restaurants, who list menus and fulfill orders; and Delivery riders, who accept and complete deliveries. Each role is subject to any additional guidelines communicated within the relevant dashboard.
Delivery times shown in the app are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, or other factors outside our control. You agree to provide an accurate delivery address and to be reasonably available to receive your order.
Restaurants using the Service agree to accurately represent their menu, pricing, and availability, and to prepare orders in compliance with applicable food safety and health regulations. Delivery riders agree to handle orders responsibly and to conduct themselves professionally when interacting with customers and restaurants, including through the in-app chat and call features.

Customers may leave ratings and reviews after completing an order. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or contain abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
The Service, including its design, logos, and underlying software, is owned by MirusBuy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through our Contact page.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MirusBuy does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that food quality, delivery times, or rider conduct will meet any particular standard, as these depend on independent third parties (restaurants and delivery riders) using the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MirusBuy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with food quality, delivery delays, or disputes between customers, restaurants, and riders.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
